To prove that companies should hire more humans at the customer call center,we created an experiment where we sent the most absurd e-mails
to the customer relation of top Brazilian companies.
The experiment was so successful that we ended up doing an entire integrated campaign at the back of that.
It went from a “crazy” experiment to getting shortlisted at Cannes.
One can say that the client and creatives were all happy with the result.
